MoMed Biotech enters strategic cooperation with Qilu Pharmaceutical, embarking on a new journey of AI-driven innovative drug R&D
On May 11, 2026, MoMed Biotech (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Qilu Pharmaceutical Research Center affiliated to Qilu Pharmaceutical Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement for drug research and development.
The two parties will collaborate on small-molecule drugs targeting specific targets. Leveraging MoMed Biotech's technological strengths in target protein mechanism research and artificial intelligence, alongside Qilu Pharmaceutical's profound expertise in drug development, both sides will jointly advance the research of innovative therapies with clinical value.
Under the agreement, both sides will advance project development via milestone-based cooperation and establish a coordinated financing mechanism simultaneously. Qilu Pharmaceutical will make milestone investments in MoMed Biotech in this round and future stages. This marks the maiden collaboration between the two parties in innovative drug R&D, and will also forge a new path for the development of selective molecules targeting specific targets.
